CLEVELAND, OHIO - Investors Diversified Realty, LLC (“IDR”), a real estate investment multi-manager headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio has hired Garrett E. Zdolshek to provide additional depth to the firm’s client capabilities. Garrett will join IDR as a Partner, having previously worked for Courtland Partners, Ltd., where he had been employed since 2002. In his previous capacity, Garrett was a Managing Director and member of the firm’s Investment Committee, responsible for managing a number of discretionary and non-discretionary accounts where he advised clients on strategic initiatives, investment sourcing, and performed due diligence for both domestic and international allocations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In this role, he was involved in underwriting over $40 billion in real estate allocations on behalf of institutional investors.
